The associated flavours are refined and delicate, highlighting plants through the extensive use of vegetables, flowers and aromatic plants. We offer a meat, fish or vegetarian dish on a daily basis. Tasty pastries for afternoon tea
From breakfast onwards, the pastry chef will delight you with her various kinds of brioche such as the Nanterre, Sesame, Japanese and Babka. For dessert or tea time, try an exquisite pastry that looks just as good as it tastes. Scones, financiers and biscuits will also be on offer, enough to make you melt with delight. Craving chocolate? The pastry chef will treat you to her sweets, ‘mendiant’ chocolate discs and truffles.

A rooftop terrace bathed in sunshine, where you can enjoy a fine Bordeaux wine with tapas or signature dishes, hidden from view.
What a delight to be able to have breakfast, lunch or an aperitif on the hotel's rooftop terrace inspired by a ship's deck. Facing south, there's plenty of sunshine and a 180° view of the city's rooftops. For an unforgettable event - such as a marriage proposal - the rooftop terrace can be reserved for a private function and the chef will create a menu specially designed for the occasion.
