You'll be seated on wide, comfortable, bespoke benches under a parasol, surrounded by pink and purple bougainvillea, and white laurel. You'll have a 180° view of the city, admiring it hidden from view while chatting over a glass of wine. The south-facing rooftop terrace is sheltered from the wind, ensuring total relaxation.
Sweet and savoury breakfast
You'll enjoy breakfast or brunch with fresh homemade food such as classic and detox fruit juices, brioches, pastries, jams and yoghurts. There's a cake for every day - from a Nantais to a Savoie - to satisfy your sweet tooth. Eggs are available in a variety of ways, and become unique in the chef's "cocotte" version (a baked egg), served with ham and cheese. If you're vegetarian or vegan, the chef will be happy to prepare a special breakfast for you.
Gourmet lunch or dinner
The rooftop terrace as well as the entire hotel and its rooms can be privatised to celebrate an event with friends or family.
From 11.30am, you can order one of the chef's signature dishes until 3.30pm. Afterwards, until 9pm, you can enjoy a tapas menu on the rooftop terrace, with a fine wine from the hotel's own cellar, sure to please the most discerning palate.
